Terms of service

General
✪ Upon ordering a commission users agree and are expected to follow the terms of service.✪ I have the right to refuse any commission.
Payment
✪ All payments will be made through VGen.✪ The commission is paid in full up front.✪ The commission is to be paid for within 48 hours.
Revisions
✪ During the sketching phase, you can request any changes.✪ Up to a maximum of 3 major changes can be made within the sketching phase.✪ After the sketch has been approved, no further major changes can be made.✪ If you are getting a surprise me/skeb-style commission, then there will be no revisions, except if the mistake is on my part after the final delivery.
Deadlines and Delivery
✪ 2 weeks to a month for delivery, depending on complexity.✪ Completion may vary depending on workload and other circumstances (family, work, etc.)✪ If you have a deadline, please inform me and state it in your commission form.
Additional fees may apply.
Use
✪ You have the right to use the commission for personal uses such as PFPs, banners, etc.✪ You may use the commissioned illustration for advertisements, content creation, or streaming if the Monetisation License fee has been paid.✪ If you plan to sell the commissioned illustration as merch, the Commercial Merchandising fee must be paid.✪ The commissioned illustration is not to be used for anything AI-related, NFTs, hate, or anything with malicious intent.✪ I must be credited as the artist of the commissioned illustration for every use.
Intellectual property rights
✪ As the artist, I maintain all the rights to my work.
In which I am allowed to put commissioned work into my portfolio, social media, etc.✪ The commissioned illustration is not to be edited or altered in any way. (Ex. Removal of watermark, photoshopped, traced, etc.)
Refunds
✪ Refunds will be given if the sketch has not been approved.
You will not be given any work that has been done.✪ If you are getting a surprise me/skeb-style commission, then refunds will not be available for that service.
Communication
✪ If I accept your commission, I will reach out to you on your preferred platform. So please state your Instagram or Discord.
It is best to communicate with me via Discord.✪ I will send you an update when each step of the artwork has been completed (Ex. Sketching, Lineart, Colour, etc.) for you to review as it is coming along.
You can ask for updates as you feel inclined as well.✪ If you are getting a surprise me/skeb-style commission, you will not be given any visual update until the final commission has been completed, but you may ask how it's coming along.✪ Please keep in mind, I may not be able to respond straight away due to time zone and other circumstances.
